UTTERLY ENGAGED

Wedding: Bonny+Cliff

Inside the warm, windowless bridal room, the smug air wasn’t helping. Bonnie stood there, stiff as a rock…showing a coy smile, …I’m ready for this, I’m not nervous, she says. Seconds felt like minutes, minutes felt like hours as she waited for the signal. She grasps her wrist in anticipation. A knock on the door, a sigh from Bonnie…she’s anxious. Bonnie makes her way across the grotto toward the back of the church, the party peek inside and the church has been filled to capacity. As she paces down the aisle, all eyes were on her. She gazes at Cliff, their eyes meet…as she gets closer a tremendous smile appears. The ceremony commences, side by side, there they were…cool, calm, collected. They could not have been more ready. Thanks Cliff and Bonnie for inviting me to your special day. It could not have gone any more flawlessly.
